Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) announced the working hours of its facilities and services during the holy month of Ramadan, noting that all emergency services and inpatient services across the corporation's hospitals, including pediatric emergency centers, will continue to operate as usual 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The changes in working hours during Ramadan include several outpatient clinics and remote services provided through the Unified Health Contact Center at 16000, which operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The HMC's "Nesma'ak" customer service is also available around the clock at 16060, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Outpatient clinics will operate from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. from Sunday to Thursday, along with the urgent consultation service (16000 รขโฌโ select option 3), which works during the same hours.
The National Mental Health Helpline continues to operate from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Saturday through Thursday.
HMC provides a home delivery service for medications from its pharmacies between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday.
The Qatar National Blood Donation Center operates from Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight, and on Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight, while it observes a weekly holiday on Fridays.
The HMC Camping Season Clinic in the Sealine area operates every Thursday and Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., and on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The Orthopedic and Joint Center operates from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with evening clinics from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Clinical Imaging Services Call Center operates as usual from Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Nutrition Therapy Services operate as usual via 16060 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday.
