Qatar Airways increases Dubai services to five daily flights

Qatar Airways on Wednesday unveiled a significant increase in the capacity between Qatar and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), with an incremental increase of operations between Hamad International Airport (DOH) in Doha and Dubai International Airport (DXB) by five daily flights from June 5,2026.

Additional Flights Introduced in Phases

The airline will be adding the additional frequencies progressively to accommodate increasing travel demand, while providing passengers more​ flexibility –

• From June 5, 2026: Daily 3 flights

• Direct flight with 4 weekly services starting from June 15, 2026

• Regular scheduled operation of 5 flights a day returning in summer

• Boeing 777 and Airbus A350 will be used for the various new services.

Weekly Flights between Doha and Dubai (Max 35)

By increasing frequencies, Qatar Airways reinforces its commitment to enhancing regional connectivity and serving the needs of both business and leisure travelers traveling to Qatar from the UAE.

The expansion means the airline will serve up to 35 weekly flights on Doha - Dubai routes.

Qatar Airways expanding Middle East network

Qatar Airways Running Up Its Middle East Network The airline now flies to over 20 cities in the region.

Recent network developments include:

• Restart of flights from/ to Dubai and Sharjah in April 2026

• Reinstatement of Abu Dhabi Operations in May 2026

• Increased travel opportunities for passengers and seamless regional connectivity

Global Network Grows to Over 160 Destinations

Qatar Airways continues to rebuild and bolster its global operations as part of the airline's broader growth strategy, including 160 destinations worldwide during this Summer Season.
