  2. Apply a small amount to your lips for a natural pinkish tint and moisturising effect.
  3. Store in a small clean container or lip balm tube.

Benefits:

  1. Beetroot is a natural moisturiser, helping to combat dryness and chapped lips.
  2. Beetroot can act as a gentle exfoliant, helping to remove dead skin and improve lip texture.
  3. This beetroot tint can also be used as a blush.

2. Coffee Eye Shadow

Ingredients:

• 1 teaspoon finely ground coffee (espresso grind preferred)

• 1 teaspoon coconut oil or aloe vera gel

Instructions:

  1. Mix the coffee grounds with coconut oil or aloe vera gel until it forms a paste.
  2. Use a small brush or finger to apply as eyeshadow.
  3. Keep refrigerated if using aloe vera gel; otherwise, store in a sealed container.

Benefits:

  1. Caffeine can help reduce puffiness and the appearance of dark circles.
  2. Caffeine is a vasoconstrictor, which means it reduces blood flow to the skin and makes it look brighter and tighter.
  3. Caffeine promotes a healthier ocular surface and may reduce the prevalence of dry eye diseases.

3. Tinted Moisturiser (Light Coverage Foundation)

  2. Blend well and apply as a light-coverage foundation or BB cream.
  3. Store in a small squeeze bottle or jar.

Benefits:

  1. Cocoa powder is rich in antioxidants, which can help protect against free radical damage and premature aging.

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into a spray bottle.

  2. Apply carefully using a thin brush as eyeliner.
  3. Keep refrigerated and use within a week for freshness.

Benefits:

6. Honey and Sugar Lip Scrub

Ingredients:

• 1 tablespoon honey

• 1 tablespoon sugar (brown or white)
